M Hilversum, Herne, 5 januari 2009 - Rough Trade Distribution B.V. keert terug naar haar independent roots

Effectief per 1 januari zijn Kees van Weijen en Paul Davies 100% eigenaren geworden van Rough Trade Distribution B.V. voorheen onderdeel van arvato services.

Rough Trade Distribution zal gebruik blijven maken van de services van arvato distribution, gelegen in Herne, Duitsland en zal het logistieke management en accounts receivables uitbesteden aan arvato distribution services met een langlopend contract. Het bedrijf zal zijn bestaande kantoren in Hilversum en Brussel, België aanhouden.

Management buy out of Rough Trade Distribution B.V.
 
Hilversum/Herne, January 2009 – Rough Trade Distribution B.V. will return to its independent roots.

Effective January 1st 2009, the management of Rough Trade Distribution, Kees van Weijen and Paul Davies will acquire a 100% interest in Rough Trade Distribution B.V., currently a subsidiary of arvato services. Rough Trade Distribution will continue to make use of the arvato Distribution services based in Herne.
Rough Trade Distribution will outsource the management of their logistics and accounts receivables to arvato Distribution Services under long-term contracts. Rough Trade Distribution will maintain its offices in Hilversum, Holland and in Brussels, Belgium.
